Our return and refund policy
I hope you love your Ravenbeads jewellery but understand if you need to return something purchased from our website. I offer a 30 day no quibble returns period from the date of delivery.
Please include in your package your name, email address and order number and a note of your choice about you would like a refund or exchange.
When I have received and inspected your return a refund will be issued within 7 days to the card originally used, minus any delivery charges. Your card company may take 4-7 working days to credit your bank account.
Please note
We can only accept returns in new and unused condition and in the original packaging.
Returns are made at your own expense and we recommend using a trackable postal service. Please keep hold of your tracking details until you've been refunded.
E-Gift Cards, sale items and earrings (for hygiene reasons) are non refundable.
If you receive a faulty item or your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for a replacement.
